Donostia releases its first solar charger USBE

Gipuzkoa's capital goes a step further to become a SmartCity.

People who walk in Donostia / San Sebastián can charge your mobile devices, whether tablet or smartphone, in a public space easily and completely free.

The USBE Solar Charger has been placed on the street Igentea, being part of the SmartKalea project. This is a device that is powered only by solar energy. Thanks to its advanced technology, it can run without any problems, 24 hours a day, regardless of weather conditions are. It also has four USB ports, so you can charge up to four mobile devices simultaneously.

Likewise, its design is adapted for people with limited mobility, so that all people can recharge the batteries of their mobile or tablet without any problems.

On the other hand, the USBE Solar charger is designed to integrate various Smart services, QR codes or Geomarketing applications to, for example, inform users of the shops and tourist attractions that around.
